RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY—CAMPING SITES

Full payment for your stay is required at the time of online booking—available right here under the “Reservation” tab.

The reservation is confirmed once payment is accepted. A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately.

IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION:

• 7 days or more before your arrival: Full refund of the stay.
• From 48 hours to less than 7 days before arrival: Refund of the total cost of the stay, minus the equivalent of one night’s stay.
• Less than 48 hours before arrival: 50% refund of the total cost of the stay.
• In case of a no-show: No refund

• All cancellation requests must be sent to the campground by email (info@campingmontscotchhill.com) to ensure you have a written confirmation.
• No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or normal weather conditions, or if management is required to cut your stay short due to noncompliance with the rules. Exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• If the campground has to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund of the amounts paid for your stay.

3. Dogs must be kept on a leash, and waste must be picked up (dogs must be kept on a leash at all times on the grounds)
4. Pets are not allowed in any buildings, at the pool, or at the front desk.
5. Parents must supervise their children at all times (at the pool, in parks, and in playrooms), and children under 6 must wear a life jacket as soon as they cross the pool fence.
6. Buildings aren’t meant for playing in, except for the hall
7. Speeding is prohibited on the campground; the speed limit is 10 km/h.
8. Prohibition on Washing Cars, Trailers, and RVs
9. Curfew at 11:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and midnight on Friday and Saturday
10. Any camper or campers whose behavior disturbs others will be expelled without notice and without a refund.
